The following are some of the Roman Catholic Diocese web applications I built using HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL Server, vb.net, and Visual Studio. The folks in the corresponding offices access the information using a Microsoft Access Database front end which links to the data stored in the SQL server. Some of these apps use PayPal.com to process payments for event registrations or a lunch option.
